轧辊由辊身、辊颈和轴头二部分组成。辊颈安装在轴承中,并通过袖承座和压下装置把轧制力传给机架。铂头和连接轴相连接,传递轧制扭矩。轴头有三种主要形式;梅花轴头、万向轴头、带键槽的或圆柱形轴头。



The roll is  of two parts of the roller body, the neck of the roll and the shaft head. The roll neck is installed in the bearing and passes through the sleeve bearing seat and the press down device to the rack. The platinum head is connected to the connecting shaft to transfer the rolling torque. There are three main forms of the shaft; the shaft of a plum, a universal shaft, or a cylindrical shaft with a keyway.


线材轧机拥有粗轧机架和与小型型材轧机类似的中间机架。与两线轧制的小型型材轧机相比,这些轧机一般被设计成可以进行高达4线的同时轧制的切分轧制。然而,目前的发展趋势是采用单线的高速轧制。



The wire mill has a roughing mill stand and an intermediate rack similar to a small section mill. Compared with the two section rolling mill, these mills are generally designed for rolling up to 4 lines at the same time. However, the current development trend is single line high-speed rolling.


被轧制的钢种  

被轧制的钢种是选择轧辊的关键因素,其抗变形能力随坯料化学成分不同而改变,主要表现在轧制的各阶段变形的负荷大小和变化。必须根据确定的强度和硬度选择轧辊。  



Rolled steel

The rolled steel is the key factor to select the roll. Its deformation resistance varies with the chemical  of the billet. It is mainly manifested in the load and change of deformation in each rolling stage. The roll must be selected according to the determined strength and hardness.




轧机布置和道次设计  

机架在生产线的位置以及道次设计对轧辊的选择有很大影响。根据机架位置,轧辊的受力方式和性能可以有很大变化。这是因为应用于粗轧机架和精轧机架的轧辊有非常不同的受力方式,从而导致轧辊性能有预期的改变.



Rolling mill layout and pass design

The of the rack in the production line and the design of the pass have great influence on the choice of the roll. According to the  of the frame, the force and performance of the roller can be greatly changed. This ibecause the rolls used in roughing mill stand and finishing mill stand have very different forces, resulting in expected changes in roll performance.
